§ 24-21-603 — Fraud and deception prohibited
(1)A bingo-raffle licensee,
landlord licensee, supplier licensee, manufacturer licensee, or any member or agent
thereof engaged in any charitable gaming activity shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a)Employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud or deceive;
(b)Intentionally make any untrue or misleading statement of fact; or
(c)Engage in any act, practice, or course of conduct constituting fraud or
deceit.
