§ 24-21-533 — Wrongful possession of journal or seal
A person who
unlawfully possesses and uses a notary's journal, an official seal, a notary's
electronic signature, or any papers, copies, or electronic records relating to notarial
acts commits a petty offense and shall be punished as specified in section 18-1.3-503.
