Text
A notary public shall notify the
secretary of state within thirty days after he or she changes his or her name,
business address, or residential address. In the case of a name change, the notary
public shall include a sample of the notary's handwritten official signature on the
notice. Pursuant to section 24-21-104 (3), the secretary of state shall determine the
amount of, and collect, the fee, payable to the secretary of state, for recording
notice of change of name or address.
