Text
(1)The secretary of state shall collect all
fees pursuant to this article 21 in the manner required by section 24-21-104 (3) and
shall transmit them to the state treasurer, who shall credit them to the department
of state cash fund created in section 24-21-104 (3)(b).
(2)The general assembly shall make annual appropriations from the
department of state cash fund for expenditures of the secretary of state incurred in
the performance of the secretary of state's duties under this part 5.
