Text
The secretary of state, when authorized by law to
conduct a hearing, shall conduct such hearing in conformance with the provisions of
section 24-4-105; except that hearings related to petitions or certificates of
designation or nomination filed under section 1-4-901, C.R.S., shall not be required
to be conducted under the provisions of section 24-4-105.
