§ 24-21-105 — Deputy - responsibility

Colorado·Title 24 Government·Art. Secretary of State - Department of State
The secretary of state may appoint a deputy to act for him if he deems it necessary, who shall have full authority to act in all things relating to the office. The secretary shall be responsible for all acts of such deputy.
