Text
The governor shall cause a journal
to be kept in the executive office, in which shall be made an entry of every official
act done by him, at the time when done. If, in case of an emergency, acts are done
elsewhere than in such office, an entry thereof shall be made in the journal as soon
thereafter as possible.
