Text

A person who knowingly commits an act proscribed in this part 2 commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501. In addition to the penalties provided in section 18-1.3-501, the court may impose a fine of no more than twice the amount of the benefit the person obtained or was attempting to obtain in violating a provision of this part 2.
