§ 24-18-113 — Board of ethics for the general assembly - created - duties
(1)
(a)There is hereby created a board of ethics for the general assembly. The board
shall consist of four legislative members. One member shall be appointed by and
serve at the pleasure of the majority leader of the house of representatives; one
member shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the majority leader of
the senate; one member shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the
minority leader of the house of representatives; and one member shall be appointed
by and serve at the pleasure of the minority leader of the senate.
(b)The terms of the members appointed by the majority and minority leaders
of the house of representatives and the senate and who are serving on March 22,
2007, shall be extended to and expire on or shall terminate on the convening
