Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Agent means any person duly authorized by an officer or employee to
perform an act within the course of his service or employment.
(2)Employee means any employee of the state or its governmental
subdivisions.
(3)Officer means any elected or appointed public official.
(4)State means any agency or department of the state of Colorado, a
county, or a city and county.
