Colorado Statutes
§ 24-13-120 — Forfeiture of office by becoming surety
No such officer shall
become surety on any bond or obligation given to any board of county
commissioners in this state. A violation of this section or section 24-13-119 shall
work a forfeiture of any office held by such officer.
