§ 24-13-117 — Approval of bonds to be of record
It is the duty of the board of
county commissioners to make an entry in the records of said board of its approval
of all official bonds, and, when so approved by said board, the county clerk and
recorder shall record the same in the records of said county for inspection by all
persons.
