Text
Commencing in 2026, the authority
shall submit a report of its activities to the governor, the capital development
committee, and the transportation, housing, and local government committee of the
house of representatives and the local government and housing committee of the
senate, or any successor committees, not later than September 30 of each year.
The report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering
the operations of the authority for the previous state fiscal year. Notwithstanding
section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the requirement to submit the report continues
indefinitely.
