Text

For the purposes of meeting the necessary expenses of initial organization and operation, until such date as the authority otherwise derives sufficient money pursuant to this article 117, the authority or the department of the treasury may seek, accept, and expend gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources or borrow such money as may be required for the necessary expenses of organization and operation of the authority. The authority shall repay such borrowed money within a reasonable time after the authority receives money provided pursuant to this article 117.
