§ 24-111-102 — Priorities among preferences
(1)When two or more
socioeconomic procurement programs are applicable to the same procurement,
businesses benefitting from such programs shall be considered in the following
order of precedence:
(a)Correctional industries;
(b)Industries for the visually impaired;
(c)Industries for persons with severe disabilities.
