§ 24-11-105 — Governor to issue proclamation

Annually, at the proper season, the governor shall issue a proclamation calling the attention of the people to the provisions of section 24-11-104 and recommending and enjoining their due observance. The commissioner of education shall promote, by all proper means, the observance of the day.
