Text
If, prior to the awarding
of a contract, the procurement official determines that a solicitation or the
proposed award is in violation of this code, the solicitation or proposed award shall
be canceled or revised to comply with this code, at the direction of the procurement
official. The determination of the procurement official under this section shall not
be subject to further administrative or judicial review.
