§ 24-109-205 — Appeals to district court
An appeal of a decision of the
executive director or his or her designee rendered pursuant to section 24-109-201
or by the procurement official or his or her designee rendered pursuant to section
24-109-107 shall be filed with the district court for the city and county of Denver,
which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such appeals. The provisions of
section 24-4-106 shall not apply to any appeal to the district court under this part 2.
