§ 24-104-203 — Exempted items
Specifications for supplies, services, or
construction items to be procured by purchasing agencies exempted from
centralized procurement pursuant to section 24-102-302 may be prepared by those
purchasing agencies in accordance with the provisions of this article and rules
promulgated pursuant to this article.
