Text
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Correctional education program means the comprehensive
competency-based educational and vocational program for persons in the custody
of the department developed and implemented pursuant to the provisions of this
article in order to ensure that each such person reaches maximum proficiency and
readiness for reintegration into society.
(2)and (3) Repealed.
