Text
The
department may accept, or refuse to accept, on behalf of and in the name of the
state, gifts, donations, and grants, including grants of federal funds, for any
purpose connected with the work or programs of the department. The executive
director, with the approval of the governor, shall have the power to direct the
disposition of any such gift, donation, or grant so accepted for any purpose
consistent with the terms and conditions under which given.
