Text
(1)The division shall establish programs
that provide license plates and highway signs for the state.
(2)Repealed.
(3)All vocational training programs, personnel, inventories, and equipment
shall be resources dedicated to the establishment of the correctional industries
program.
(4)The executive director shall designate a portion of the real property at
each correctional institution as an industry area, and all facilities and buildings
within this area are assigned to the division in cooperation with the division of adult
parole. The responsibility for the upkeep of these facilities, buildings, and grounds
is vested in the division.
