Text
Any employee or any other agent or
adviser of the division who has a direct or indirect interest in any contract or
transaction with the division shall disclose this interest to the division. No such
employee or other agent or adviser having such an interest shall participate on
behalf of the division in the authorization of any such contract or transaction.
