Text
(1)The director shall have considerable business
operations experience, including the supervision and management of production
operations.
(2)The director shall have the authority to determine the personnel needs
and requirements of the programs and shall have the authority to hire all
subordinate personnel pursuant to section 13 of article XII of the state constitution.
