Text
(1)No person subject
to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) shall be eligible for any of the time limit
and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (2) or (3) or 17-22.5-302 (4).
(2)No person subject to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (2) shall be
eligible for any of the time limit and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) or
(3)or 17-22.5-302 (4).
(3)No person subject to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (3) shall be
eligible for any of the time limit and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) or
(2)or 17-22.5-302 (3).
