Text
The following persons are
authorized to visit any correctional facilities under the supervision of the executive
director at pleasure: The governor and the judges of the supreme court, court of
appeals, and district courts. No other persons shall be permitted to go within a
correctional facility where inmates are confined, except as otherwise provided
under prison rules or by special permission of the warden.
