§ 17-2-216 — Application of sections 17-2-214 and 17-2-215
The provisions of
sections 17-2-214 and 17-2-215 shall apply to any parole proceeding held on or after
July 1, 1985, irrespective of when the offender was sentenced or incarcerated.
