Using recommendations from victim
advocates, the department shall ensure the information required by sections 17-2-214 and 17-2-215 is in plain and easy-to-understand language. To the extent
practicable, any written or electronic notice must ensure that information about a
parole proceeding, subsequent parole proceeding, or full board review is presented
prominently and in a manner intended to increase the likelihood of the victim's
attention to the notice.
