§ 17-2-211 — Jurisdiction of courts
All civil actions under sections 17-2-209 to
17-2-212 shall be brought in the court of proper jurisdiction in the county of Pueblo,
state of Colorado. Wherever and whenever possible, qualified witnesses in the field
of mental health shall be obtained from the Colorado mental health institute at
Pueblo.
