Text
When an inmate has
met all of the requirements to be eligible for parole, but the board has reason to
believe that the inmate may have a mental health disorder as defined in section 27-65-102, the board shall initiate civil proceedings pursuant to article 23 of this title
17 and articles 10.5, 65, 67, 92, 93, and 94 of title 27.
