In order to promote the maximum
efficiency, economy, and continuity of services in carrying out the purposes of this
part 1, the division of administration created by the State Parole Reorganization
Act of 1951, formerly transferred to the department of institutions and identified as
the division of parole, and the director thereof are hereby transferred by a type 3 transfer to the department of corrections as the division of adult parole and the
director thereof, and the division of parole is abolished. The division shall be
organized as directed by the executive director.
