Text
(1)An action to recover cost of care
brought pursuant to this article shall be brought in the district court of any county
in which the offender has been confined, supervised on probation, or placed on
parole.
(2)The practice and procedure in an action to recover cost of care shall be
governed by the Colorado rules of civil procedure.
