Text
(1)To the
extent that the commissioner's responsibility under this article requires, the
commissioner of insurance shall promulgate rules in accordance with article 4 of
title 24, C.R.S., with respect to insurers, and with respect to refunds described in
section 5-4-108, and, in case of violation, may make an order for compliance.
(2)Sections 24-4-102 to 24-4-106, C.R.S., apply to and govern all
administrative action taken by the commissioner of insurance pursuant to this
section.
