Text
Section 5-3.5-303 is intended to
restate and confirm the existing law of this state, namely that the laws of this state
relating to the financial and lending activities are to be applied on a uniform,
statewide basis. Parts 1 and 2 of this article shall take effect January 1, 2003. This
part 3 shall take effect upon passage. This article shall apply to covered loans
offered or entered into on or after January 1, 2003.
