Text
Any individual who, as a director,
officer, partner, member, salesperson, agent, or representative of a credit services
organization that violates this part 1, assists or aids, directly or indirectly, in such
violation shall be responsible therefor and subject to the criminal penalties,
injunctive relief, and damages provided for in this section and section 5-19-111.
