§ 5-16-110 — Multiple debts
If any consumer owes multiple debts and makes
any single payment to any collection agency with respect to such debts, the
collection agency shall not apply the payment to any debt which is disputed by the
consumer and when so informed shall apply the payment in accordance with the
consumer's directions.
