Text
(1)Any person
who willfully and intentionally violates any provision of this article shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to
exceed five hundred dollars.
(2)Any intentional violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a
deceptive trade practice and shall be subject to the provisions of article 1 of title 6,
C.R.S.
