California·Code WAT Water Code - WAT·Div. 24. DIVISION 24. SAFE, CLEAN, RELIABLE WATER SUPPLY ACT·Ch. 5. CHAPTER 5. Clean Water and Water Recycling Program·Art. 5. ARTICLE 5. Delta Tributary Watershed Program
The board may adopt regulations to implement this article. The regulations shall include all of the following:
(a)Criteria for the assessment of watershed areas.
(b)Procedures for the submission of applications.
(c)Procedures for the approval or disapproval of an application submitted under Section 78647.6.
