Text
(a)Notwithstanding any other law, a city, county, or city and county shall comply with the uniform regulations and standards established pursuant to this chapter.
(b)A local health officer may delegate all or part of the duties specified in this chapter to a designated local agency.
(c)If a methamphetamine or fentanyl laboratory activity has taken place at a property, the local health officer shall assume that the methamphetamine or fentanyl manufacturing process has led to some degree of chemical contamination and shall take action pursuant to this
chapter.
