Text
The county commission may be terminated at any time after the initial four years of operation by referendum of the assessed businesses. Notice of the termination shall be mailed to all assessed businesses. Upon termination, the county commission shall continue its existence as a nonprofit corporation for purposes of winding up its affairs and dissolution.
