Text

The Governor shall commission:

(a)All officers elected by the people whose commissions are not otherwise provided for except those officers to whom a certificate of election is issued by the Secretary of State.
(b)All officers elected by the Legislature.
(c)All officers of the Militia.
(d)All officers appointed by the Governor, or by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
