§ 44-8004 — Enforcement; violation; civil penalty; damages; costs; attorney fees
Arizona·Title 44 Arizona Revised Statutes·Ch. 39 GENETIC TESTING COMPANIES·Art. 1 General Provisions
The attorney general may bring an action to enforce this chapter. A person who violates this chapter is subject to:
1.A civil penalty of up to $2,500 for each violation.
2.The payment of actual damages incurred by consumers as a result of the violation.
3.Costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the office of the attorney general.
