Text

A person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor who: 1. Is a party to any fraudulent conveyance of any lands, tenements or hereditaments, goods or chattels or any right or interest issuing therefrom, had, made or contrived with intent to deceive and defraud others, or to defeat, hinder or delay creditors or others of their just debts, damages or demands. 2. Is a party to any bond, action or judgment, or execution, contract or conveyance had, made or contrived with intent to deceive and defraud others, or to defeat, hinder or delay creditors or others of their just debts, damages or demands. 3. Is a party as provided in paragraph 1 or paragraph 2 of this section, and

(a)At any time knowingly puts in, uses, avows, maintains, justifies or defends such transaction as true, and had or made in
