(Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies)
Notwithstanding any other law, if a person is convicted of a class 2 felony for child sex trafficking pursuant to section 13-3212 and the person was eighteen years of age or older when the person committed the offense, the person shall be sentenced to imprisonment in the custody of the state department of corrections for natural life. A person who is sentenced to natural life is not eligible for any form of release.
