Text
A.If the bond required by section 13-3813 is given, the party complained of shall be discharged. If such person does not give the bond, the magistrate shall commit him to jail, specifying in the commitment or warrant the requirement to give security, the amount thereof and the omission to give it.
B.The person required to give bond may be discharged by any magistrate upon giving the bond.
