A. It is unlawful to intentionally introduce, add or mingle any bodily fluid or foreign object not intended for human consumption with any water, food, drink or other product intended for consumption by another human being. B. The cost to clean up and sanitize the contaminated area and any monetary compensation that was provided to a human being who consumed the contaminated water, food, drink or other product may be included in calculating the dollar amount of the damages caused by the contamination. C. A person who violates this section is guilty of: 1. A class 1 misdemeanor if either of the following occurs:
