Text
If an agreement is reached between the farmer and any creditor or creditors, the agreement shall:
(1)Be signed by the farmer and any such creditor or creditors;
(2)Bind each to the terms of the agreement;
(3)Be enforced as a legal contract between the farmer and such creditor or creditors; and (4) Constitute a mediation release.
