Text
The Director of the Arkansas Bureau of Standards shall:
(1)Administer and enforce this subchapter;
(2)Promulgate rules to implement the purposes and requirements of this subchapter; and (3) Receive and investigate complaints regarding alleged violations of this subchapter and the rules promulgated by the director.
