Text
The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture shall be entitled to reimbursement out of processed catfish or proceeds held in receivership for all expenses incurred as court costs or in handling and disposing of processed catfish, and for all other costs directly attributable to the receivership. The right of reimbursement of the secretary shall be prior to any claims against the processed catfish or proceeds of sale thereof and shall constitute a claim against the surety bond of the Class A registrant.
