Text
(a)The Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission is authorized to adopt appropriate rules regarding the isolation or quarantine of infected, exposed, or suspected infected livestock or poultry.
(b)Any person or entity who violates the quarantine rules lawfully promulgated by the commission shall be subject to an administrative penalty.
